Tim and Sarah Hornbuckle, CPACO, have been deeply involved with animals, particularly canines, for the majority of their lives, studying and exploring the psychology behind how dogs behave and learn. At New Horizon Kennel, they bring over three decades of experience with respected organizations like the American Kennel Club, United Kennel Club, International Boarding and Pet Services Association (IBPSA), Professional Animal Care Certification Council (PACCC), and North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association (NAVHDA). Their expertise covers various aspects, including obedience training, collar conditioning, and behavior modification and alteration.

Their profound love for dogs, and commitment to their well-being, has driven them to establish a premier boarding, breeding, and training facility. After extensive research, including visiting numerous kennels across the Midwest; consulting with boarding, breeding, and other training professionals; and collaborating with veterinarians and their teams; they have transformed their vision into reality. Tim and Sarah are excited to provide exceptional service to clients and their beloved pets and look forward to many years of meeting their needs.
